Lakeview 1 bedroom apartment

If Deanna's place is available, snatch it right up! This place is so serene , every day you get to walk outside to a gorgeous lake view. The place itself is a lovely 1 bedroom with lots of space. The area is beautiful and quiet, only a 20-25 minute drive to UMASS Memorial. Deanna herself is a lovely human being, she helped us out of a rough situation when we came to Worcester, and overall is a great landlord. Only downfalls we have are that because it's a basement apartment it can be a little bit noisy at times, and there is no in unit laundry. But plenty of laundromats nearby, I preferred the one in Charlton! (Clean, quiet and cheaper than others) Overall though, was an amazing stay, enjoyed meeting D and felt like family, and hope maybe one day we will be back! We honestly are so sad we can't stay longer!

Ds home on the lake is beautiful! If you like to walk, run, or bike, the lakeside area is lovely to explore. The property is serene and peaceful most of the time but highlights were recreational boating, & swimming in summer & skating & ice fishing in winter! Safe, clean, private, well maintained & ideal for one person. No bugs or rodents! One set of stairs to the driveway, which is plowed in winter & provides off street parking. This is a basement apartment, so you will hear occasional upstairs neighbors but sound is muted & manageable. D & her family are kind, friendly & considerate! Ample light with two doors, including screened storm doors, open to the outside with several full windows in bedroom and living room. Access to major routes, department, & convenience, stores are only 10 to 15 min. away. Looking to leave the hustle and bustle of the city? This is the place for you!
