Mandalay on the Cedar River

The communication with the owners was excellent and they were very responsive during our stay. The house was well-stocked (towels, cleaning supplies, paper products), and the kitchen supplies were outstanding. There is also a finished lower level with a pool table and an area with a huge TV and several chairs. A twin bed, dresser, and 1/2 bath are also in the basement. The WiFi signal was strong throughout the house and all three TVs had Firesticks or were Smart TVs. This property is actually divided into two units that share the 2-car garage and laundry room, which is located in the garage. The full-time apartment tenants (unit located over the garage area), have their own separate entrance and dedicated deck area. They're very good neighbors and very quiet. Those with cat allergies beware, or be prepared. We had a visitor stay with us who had cat allergies and he had a tough time during his visit (had to get an inhaler). This is a pet-friendly property and cats have lived here.

This was a really nice home and a beautiful neighborhood. Its well-maintained and the owners were very easy to work with
