Lower Level/Separate Unit in Saint Croix Falls

I stayed here for 5 months and couldnt have been more comfortable! Wendy and Greg were AMAZING! They were so kind and helpful and always making sure I didnt need anything. The accommodations were perfect! Everything was clean and completely stocked with anything you could possibly need! More than 5 stars

This has been the perfect place to stay while working in St Croix Falls. It is less than 10 minutes to the hospital and a very easy commute. There is a nearby Walmart, multiple gas stations, and several cute small-town restaurants that are worth a visit! The unit itself is great, very roomy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. W and G are awesome property managers, and the sweetest people! They were always super easy to get ahold of if I needed something, and were consistently checking in with me regarding my work schedule to plan laundry days and ensure they werent going to wake me during the day. They had no problems with my two cats staying with me and enjoyed visits with them! I would recommend this rental to anyone!

This downstairs unit exceeded my expectations while staying in St. Croix Falls for work. The layout of the downstairs unit is not only spacious but also thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The furnishings are modern, and comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals. The location of the unit was also a major plus. With being less than ten minutes from the hospital it made my commute to work timeless. I had easy access to local shops, cafes, and parks. The convenience of being on the ground floor with a private entrance allowed me to come and go with ease, and the dedicated parking space was an added bonus. Any questions were answered in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this property for its comfort, style, and unbeatable location. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay in the future.
