This place was so sweet to call home for the last 3 months. The charming and funky decor, comfortable beds, and awesome big-screen TV made us feel right at home. Although this is a unit within a triplex, you could hardly tell. It felt very private and the other tenants were quiet and respectful. The landlord Karyn was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Whenever I had a question or concern, I would hear back from her within an hour or less. Also, the location worked well for us because we are home health hospice nurses and the central location allowed for me to work in south county and my fianc to work north county. 5/5 stars! Would highly recommend.
About the landlord
Karyn
I am an Assistant Director for a business undergraduate program at a prestigious higher education school. I also teach as an adjunct professor and Program Chair part time. I am a published children's book author. But I'm most proud of my role as a mother of 4 boys (two who are away in college and two school-aged, living with us). My wonderful husband, Vardy, is an engineer and construction manager. The four of us love to travel, stay active (yes, I'm a soccer mom/coach). We are friendly, neat and chill folks.
