We live here in the winter, and make at least one trip out in the summer. Sometimes our family uses the house. When we are not around, there will be access to our big kitchen and our garage. When we're in residence we are happy to share the bigger kitchen, as long as you clean up after yourself! This is a walk-out basement unit with lots of natural light. Easy access to all amenities. Neighborhood has golf course, pool, tennis...
Great bedroom with huge closet. 2nd Bedroom w/ walk-in closet, but no egress windows. Private bath with step-in shower. Semi-private living space (We'd just pass through now and then). Small kitchenette with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Access to full kitchen & laundry.
Suburban neighborhood, which backs on to Thorncreek Golf Course. Quiet cul-de-sac. Nice neighbors. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, entertainment. Easy access to I-25.

We are retirees who split our year between our home in Michigan and this home in Thornton. We have lots of family in the area and love to have them over to visit. We travel frequently, and Tracey just began a second career as a travel agent.
