Peaceful area Apartment in Sevierville with Private Deck and Close Proximity to Attractions and Medical Center

Me and my husband had the privilege to rent from Ms. Becky!!! She made sure to always give us our privacy and help us in any way she could!!! Anytime we needed something fixed it would get fixed RIGHT away! She always made sure we were comfortable in our stay Me and my husband were planning our wedding during our lease and sometimes id get stressed and shed offer to take time to help me out in what I needed. The only reason we moved out was due to job opportunities but she was so amazing and helpful to us, she became a lifelong friend!! We miss the place and privacy and how calm and quiet it is, especially when you can wake up in the morning and stand on the deck and listen to nature!! We miss living at this apartment and would totally recommend it to anyone!!!

I've lived in one of the two properties at Becky's for over a year and it has been a wonderful place to call home! I've never had one negative interaction with Becky and can't imagine her intruding on our space. Never had any issues with A/C or music either, though on Fridays during the summer one of the neighbors will host events. I personally enjoy the music that's played and hearing people have a good time nearby. All water in this area is well water and it all smells the same! Becky is very kind and a warm person, we are so lucky to be living here!

This is not the apartment that is available. It is a totally different apartment. The deck shown in the pictures is not the deck for your use. You get a tiny square porch that is not pictured. The water has a foul smell. They will come inside your apartment when youre not there and turn your ac off due to rising electrical costs . We were never given wifi pw despite many requests for it . You can hear the owners laughing and talking through the door that leads from their house inside your apt . If you talk too loud on the porch to your apartment you will get a call from the owner . Music blares until late at night from the wedding venue next door. Washing machine does not spin properly. It takes numerous attempts. There was no garbage can inside we had to buy our own. Bedroom is upstairs you cannot stand up due to the ceiling angle . The stairs are very steep and dangerous leading up to the bedroom . We left early due to owners turning our air off and constantly texti us for nonsense
