Definitely very quiet. Easy access to the main road, full size washer/dryer downstairs, very comfortable and the heating was amazing. Bed very comfortable. I worked in Coos Bay but enjoyed the acces to the 101 and the surrounding areas for my mini escapes and exploring. Would definitely rent this place again if I head back for an assignment
