Beautiful home in Carrollton Virginia

I have never rented a room in anyone's home while traveling for work, so I was a little skeptical. From the first phone call, I knew AJ was going to be an awesome person to be around in a living capacity. He was very willing to do anything before I made the decision to rent from him. The pictures are true, he did a video before I agreed. His house is beautiful and very clean. The bedroom is quite large and has its own bathroom. The shower is small, but I didn't have any problems showing or washing my hair. There is plenty of storage space and downstairs you have your own refrigerator. There is a pool and hot tub that he keeps up so it's always available. He put a solar light on the side of the shed so I could see when taking my dogs out, which is sweet because I was using my phone light. AJ is very easy going and down to earth. He works a lot, so you basically have the whole place to yourself. I would definately recommend this property.
