Ledroit Park Townhouse

My family of four stayed here for 7 weeks while I worked in DC over the summer. We chose this property because finding a 3 bedroom in DC is challenging, let alone one with off street secure parking, and a fenced in yard! Our stay wouldn't have been possible without Austin graciously hosting this home! It is a traditional rowhouse with plenty of space. The neighborhood was quiet at night. There's a park (with splash pad!) for children, plus a dog park, just a few blocks away. We ate at several places within walking distance, but the Royal was our favorite. Busses are the most convenient way to get around this area, with several bus stops going in various directions just two blocks away. The Shaw/Howard Metro station is a little farther, but a pleasant walk. We felt completely safe during our time in DC. Everyone we met in our experiences in the city were friendly and helpful.
