This property is perfect for anyone looking for a fully furnished monthly rental in the Palm Springs area! The property is just a few minutes from Downtown Palm Springs and other desert cities with the airport and other consciences nearby, yet feels worlds away in a quiet, secure, and immaculately well kept gated community. The unit is newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with everything you need for a long stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer, plus front and back patio areas with a digital grill, gas fireplace, and pool and hot tub directly outside the back door. Hollee was a thoughtful and attentive host who made sure we were well taken care of is quick to address any needs during our stay. We really couldnt have asked for a better experience!

I have recently redone condo simply where people can come & stay for a fun and relaxing week or monthly stay. Can host up to four people. Area offers adventurous hikes, eclectic shopping, music, weekly farmers market, dining restaurants, and retro Palm Springs fun in the sun! The gated community of Desert Princess is a safe place to ride bicycles or take a walk around the beautiful property. You can easily ride up to a 5-mile spin inside gates. Spring and Fall are favorite seasons to enjoy beautiful sunsets at the pool and barbeque on the back patio.
