The kitchen includes dishes and other kitchen utensils for use. The bathroom has water that gets really hot! (good for showering). The room is very private and well-ventilated, and it includes an AC/Heater unit. There is a cute backyard that you can use for you and your pet while barbequing if you like. The property owners are super nice and easy to get in touch with. Lovely place!

This property checks so many boxes. Everything is brand new or lightly used when I moved in and works perfectly. Theres a private entrance on the site of the house that gives a lot of privacy and security. The screen door the landlord installed in May is perfect for the summer and brings a lot of fresh air into the unit. The unit also stays on the cooler side and never gets too hot but if there is a particular heat wave there is a fully functioning heater and ac unit. The landlord is super responsive if you need help with anything and is very kind I always feel like I can chat with him about anything in regards to the unit. Theres ample street parking and acc as to the shared outdoor patio with the neighbor and landlords unit with a grill. The landlord also upkeeps the property often so everything is pristine. I had a great experience living here!
