Newly Built Suburban Chicago Townhome

I rented this place for my Sons internship in Joliet. The place is very clean and the owner gives access to common areas kitchen backyard etc. The place is practically new and the neighborhood is very quiet. The owner also provides parking on the driveway, if not there is plenty on the street. The kitchen is fully stocked for you to be able to cook your meals. Overall it was very functional and clean place for my son to stay at while he was doing his internship.

I had a wonderful time during my month stay here. Pictures and description show exactly what this rental includes. I felt very safe at this location as they have a lock on the door you are renting out and a security system on the house itself. The house was very spacious and the kitchen was a shared space with plenty of room for cooking and storing food for the week. The place was very clean including in the shared spaces. Even though I was staying here with another person renting out the other room, I still felt like I had the place to myself at most times. Esi and Ms. E were also both great hosts and were very willing to talk to me if I had any issue or needed help with anything. Overall, I had a great stay here and would come back here if I needed to!

First off, there is always a bit of discomfort when sleeping away from home- but I literally felt right at home! Mrs. E made me feel so welcomed & always reminded me to "make (myself) comfortable"; she is so genuinely sweet; gives you your own space and such a huge help! Very clean home (Mrs. E is always cleaning)! After arriving- this is my first time ever dealing with snow & Mrs. E let me park in her garage and she let me borrow her snow equipment for my car until mines arrived, etc. I literally can go on and on about her hospitality... If I ever come back to Joliet- yessss THIS is my "second" home! I am so thankful for my homely stay here!
