Great place!

I am a travel nurse and stayed in the upper part of this property. It was so clean, comfy and had a great location. They had everything I needed to relax after a shift. Quiet being at the end of the road! Would stay again ! Great communication!!!

1 exit from JBER excellent stay

Im a traveling technician whos used Furnished Finder for years, and Zachs place ranks among the best for comfort, location, amenities, and customer care. I stayed from June to November and it was fantastic. Its one exit from the Air Force base and a half-mile from Costco. My wife and I felt safe walking the neighborhood, and there are kid-friendly parks nearby. Zach has truly gone above and beyond - this isnt just a rental, its a fully equipped home with high-end washer/dryer, dishwasher, water filtration, big screen TV with surround sound, gas stove/grill, blackout curtains, espresso, Keurig, Mr. Coffee, air fryer, and access to a Traeger grill. Everything you need is already there. The triplex layout is huge and well-designed - surprisingly spacious and quiet. My coworker lived downstairs and I never heard noise. Zach was readily available for any questions and genuinely cares about his guests experience. This is my go-to when I return to Alaska.
