Basement Apartment

My husband and I were here during his clinical rotation and we quickly found ourselves at home! The apartment is very clean and comfortable and is located on a safe, quiet street which we loved. The apartment has a great set up with a spacious living room and kitchen. The owners were great and communicated clearly with us. We really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to a couple or someone traveling alone.

I stayed here while working a 6 month travel contract in Raleigh, and it was the perfect place! Close to the highway that takes you into Raleigh proper and just a short drive from a Target, restaurants, and other shopping centers. Very clean and quiet, and R and L are the perfect landlords. I stayed here by myself for six months and always felt safe. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great stay here for my travel contract. Great location, close proximity to shopping. It was about a 35 min commute to Duke main campus but traffic was light due to the time of day driving to and from work. Ruthann and her husband were easy to comunicate with and any issues were promptly addressed. This is a basement apartment and there was occasional household noise but the house was quiet in the evenings . Furnishings were comfortable; in unit W/D was a great plus; kitchen was great, but I did bring other cooking related items etc to fill out what was provided. Overall great stay and would stay again!
