    I am excited to mid term for the first time. I worked at Seattle Children's Hospital for five years largely responsible for increasing diversity and inclusion. There I worked closely with nursing leadership, staff, nursing schools and professional associations to increase diversity of pediatric nurses. I developed quite an affinity, respect and appreciation for nurses and the nursing profession. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, convenient and relaxing space for nurses to enjoy.
