Cozy One Bedroom Home Just Minutes Away From Everything

A great place. The kitchen is well supplied, A/C works great. The enclosed back yard is a great place to relax. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe walking my little dog at 5am. Javenalinas are around the area so you need to be aware when putting your garbage out and walking a small pet. There is a small restaurant within walking distance for breakfast or lunch. The shower is not a walk in and you have a big step into it ( much higher than a normal tub) The owner did install 2 hand rails for safer entrance and exit. TV reception on one of the TVs is a little unsteady at times. The bed was comfortable for me and sufficient closet space. Everything I needed was there. Highly recommended it.
