My stay in this place was very pleasant on every level. First the house is located across the street from Henderson Hospital. Walking distance from a beautiful gym. Few minutes from Costo. A daycare super close and even a senior assisted living center! Everything is so close! Second its a newly constructed house with a very nice kitchen. Its beautifully decorated and very clean. The furniture is clean and new. The owner Mathea was very nice, cooperative and extremely easy to deal with. It was a great pleasure to stay in that adorable place. The cats were specially sweet and adorable. Very Highly recommended.
So glad I found Mathea's place! Im a travel PA staying in one of mathea's rooms and i've been with her almost a year now. Her house is brand new, always clean and she really makes an effort to make sure my stay is comfortable ! Even though i'm not home often, I look forward to every time I go back :) 10/10 recommend her home if you're a student or professional !

Hello, I am a medical student. I spend most of my time at the University or studying at home/at coffee shops. I keep my place very clean and try my best to make my guests as comfortable as possible (I want you to enjoy your time here). I love cooking so when I am at home/don't have to study you will find me in the kitchen. I have a membership to the LVAC across the street and get two guest passes a month.
