This is a basement apartment, private, separate entrance with designated parking spot in the driveway. The house is in a quiet subdivision in Trussville, a suburb of Birmingham. Close to the interstate that will take you to downtown Birmingham in about 20 minutes, where most of the big hospitals such as UAB, St Vincent and Grandview are located.

This is a great little apartment with a beautiful view of the stars above. It includes a personal entrance to the unit, furniture, a washer/dryer, and comfortable queen-size bed. It is quite apparent a lot of thought and love went into the decoration and setup. Would highly recommend this to any family or friend for an extended vacation or otherwise. I cannot say enough praise pertaining to this property.
