I rented the master bedroom. The house was filthy, there were roaches, the bedroom smelled terrible, the bathroom had feces in the toilet, there was no starter cleaning supplies, the vacuum didn't work and there was rotting food in the fridge. The owner blamed the management company but I think she should have taken responsibility and fixed the situation. She was slow to respond and I finally had enough when she brought in a male college student and then another was coming at the end of May. The only good thing is she let me out of the lease early.
