Very nice Carlsbad location with a great neighborhood vibe. Lots of young families, very safe, and some really nice trails and parks nearby like Alga Norte Park! The neighborhood regularly has little events and such so its nice to get out and meet people. House was well kept (roomba runs once a day) and the kitchen is nice and big for cooking/meal prep. Backyard space was really cute and the outdoor fireplace was great for hanging out and roasting marshmallows! Roommates were all polite and friendly as well!
