Beautiful new construction tiny home with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. This tiny home has a great layout and lives much larger than you would expect. LARGE outside patio overlooking Lake Hamilton with tables and chairs to enjoy the view.
Samsung smart TV, apps for login to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. Wifi included
fully functional, 1 bed/1 bath tiny home with FULL bed in bedroom, as well as a queen & twin pull out couches in the living room. Utilities included EXCEPT anything over $100 for electricity is the responsibility of the tenant.
*Monthly rent will increase to $2,000 a month during the months of May-September*
Tiny home is located on a private road in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. The property is lakefront, but Lake Hamilton is lowered Nov 1-March 1 every year so there is no boat access during these months.
