Reviews
The owner is very approachable, super convenient and comfortable spot to stay at. Close proximity to the beaches and Kona town. Breezy weather and fun access to fruits growing in the farm. Perfect location to stay away from the crowd in Kona
Comfortable condo that stays cool all day and night, beautifully decorated with plenty of space and amenities for your stay. Kitchen is fully stocked with pans, dishes and tupperware and a full size refrigerator. The lenai area is breezy and beautifully appointed with two very nice and cozy rocking chairs. The bedroom is very spacious with a very comfortable bed and couch along with a workspace area for your laptop. Host is quick to respond and very approachable. Kona community hospital is a very short drive away and can be reached within minutes for work. Plenty of restaurants in the area and a grocery store and gas station are very close by. World class snorkeling and sightseeing are right at your door step with a relaxed vibe away from the congestion and hustle and bustle of Kona, but still close enough to be visited when you want. Excellent value for what you get, definitely recommended for anyone who is working at KCH or just staying in the area.
I loved my stay here. Slept soundly and the shower was hot. The patio with soft lights spanning overhead are definitely value added when bbq on the grill or hanging out. Exceptional accommodations.
David the property owner was an excellent host. Responded quickly to messages and any issues. Accommodating and welcoming. Making improvements and upgrades to the property often so my stay got better and better during my time there! Internet is high speed, the villa is well lit with an awesome outdoor shower and screened lanai. Refrigerator and gas stove and TV. Cools off wonderfully at night and can really hear the sounds of nature. The property is in a secluded place off the main road and really feels off-the-grid. Its also super close to town and great restaurants and plenty of beaches nearby. Theres many fruit trees and plants and bushes, all well-kept by landscapers. Laundry machines on site. There are multiple villas, and the guests have been friendly and respectful. Hope to stay here again next time I come to Hawaii!
