We have Roku device on each TV. The Guest Mode is enabled on every streaming device so that you can safely access your own subscription channels and not have to worry about remembering to sign out before you leave. All of your logins will erase automatically on the checkout date you choose. You dont need a Roku account to access your streaming channels.
All of the property except the garage for cars, this is storage for pool amenities & all outdoor furniture. Guests may park in the driveway.
Optional pool and spa heat is available for an additional fee of $75 nightly or $350 weekly. Please let us know if you would like the spa or pool to be heated. We will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated to a comfortable 86 degrees. Fully heated spa takes about 2 hours.

We loved our stay! The host is very helpful and cared for our comfort! We enjoyed morning coffee by the pool and relaxing backyard. Beds were comfortable and luxurious and water pressure was strong and refreshing. We loved the quiet and safe neighborhood when we stayed home and the proximity to entertainment when we chose to be active. Would love to be back soon!
About the landlord
Narine
I am Narine, and I will be happy to be your host. This house is my family's vacation home. We love spending time here and absolutely enjoy it. When not in Palm Desert, my family lives in Los Angeles, where we have our day jobs. Our son serves in AmeriCorps and is on his way to becoming a lawyer. Our two miniature poodles usually do their job: enjoy their day and make us happy:) Because I am farther away than I would like, I have a fantastic partner, Clarissa, who is local to Palm Desert and always available when guests need anything.
