Brentwood Apartment in Quiet High-end neighborhood

I stayed in this basement apartment in Spring 2024 over 4 months while interning in Nashville. It was a very pleasant experience, and Matt and Kelly were great landlords! I would definitely recommend this to someone living in Brentwood short term. I worked in Franklin, and the drive was less than 20 mins. And going to downtown Nashville it takes between 20-30 mins depending on traffic, so you really can't beat the location! Additionally, in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It is fully furnished, so ideal if you are moving from farther away and everything you need is there. The kitchen and laundry were the only things I struggled with a bit as there is no in unit washer/dryer, and the kitchen is a small bar sink, toaster oven, microwave and a single induction burner that plugs in. There is ample counter space, but no dishwasher and the small sink could be tough for someone who cooks large meals frequently. Laundry is done upstairs by Kelly (through a laundry service) and is free so as long as you give some heads up, she is very efficient! There are a few young kids living upstairs, so something to keep in mind as it can get a bit noisy, but Matt is great about checking in on noise levels! Some stand out positives to this property are the private entrance, lots of parking for a car, lots of space in the apartment in general, and multiple TVs. Overall, a great space and I would stay here again! :)

Hello, I stayed here during the summer and it was the perfect place to stay. The room has its own private entrance and living space and feels like its own apartment with a lot of space. All the furnishings are nice and make for an easy move. The family is super great and will take care of anything you need.
