Perfectly situated to all the health care facilities in the city. Quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors. Close to all things outdoor - hiking, biking, kayaking, ebike, golfing, skiing (snow and water). The beautiful Black Hills await! This townhome is situated on the driving range of the Elks golf course. You do not need a membership to play. They have an excellent restaurant - dine in or carry out - and a full bar....

Basically WHOLE UNIT but listed as private room and private bath with shared living spaces., I am here only part-time so renter has entire unit to themselves majority of the time. I am maintaining the other bed/bath for my use on the occasional week/weekend I am present. Basically an entire unit rental for private room cost.
Entire property/private room situation - I am here on rare occasions but it is a room-only rate with benefit of having the unit to yourself most of the time.

For a nature enthusiast like me, the nearby hiking trails were a treasure. Buzzards Roost offered breathtaking views, while Falling Rock Trail provided a quick nature escape. The Little Elk Creek Trail was perfect for a day hike, and the Flume Trail Loop was ideal for soaking in the natural beauty of the Black Hills. This place is a rare find, combining convenience with the call of the wild. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to outdoor adventures.

I'm a professional in the legal field, and work outside of Rapid. I am at the townhome on some weekends, not all, but gone during the week so the renter will have the entire home to themselves virtually the majority of the time. My husband and I also ranch. Children are adults and live nearby. I have two small Yorkies that are very well-behaved and love people. My neighborhood is the BOMB! Cul de sac, great neighbors, and beautiful environment.
