This is a very private and quiet apartment that is above my garage. It has a private entrance with two means of entrance, one door is on the side of the building with a stairway. The other is on the back of the building with a small patio. There is a full kitchen, a living/dining room, one bedroom and bath. There are 2 closets and 1 storage area.
This apartment is located in a safe, quiet, and peaceful area of Bangor.
This apartment is on the 2nd floor of my garage. It is a very quiet and private apartment. The location is 8 minutes from the interstate, 10 minutes away from the airport, and close to stores and restaurants. Even though it is located close to many amenities, my home is surrounded by trees and landscaped with many flower gardens. It is a lovely location.

Wonderful apartment, I was sad when I left! The owner was attentive to all my needs and concerns as a tenant. Communication was great, and expectations were exceeded. I Would recommend this apartment to anyone!
This unit was as advertised. Well equipped, safe, clean, cozy and private. I stayed Feb through May so did not need any cooling, but there was a minisplit in the unit. Comfortable bed, easy commute to EMMC or St Joes. Snow removal was prompt. Clear expectations and communication with the landlord. Great stay :)

My interests are reading, gardening, and spending time with family. Due to my busy work days, I view my home as a relaxing retreat.
