Advertised rate was 975$. Only after I arrived and paid, was I told this is PER bedroom. Was told, you're welcome to find a roommate." Due to lack of options, I paid $1850, as a single woman, using 1 bedroom, for use of house. I had to move out, as I could not continue this rate. Just a heads up....

Sorry for this unfortunate misunderstanding. I rented this property as a whole unit, then as a shared unit and failed to adjust the rent online. This tenant rushed in and also failed to verify. This was not a bait and switch just an unfortunate mix up. I tried to find her a roommate and was flexible with rent payment

I rented this place for my 3 month travel contract at Wynn hospital. Would recommend It highly. It is in a perfect location, convenient but still quiet. House has all of the essentials you need for a short term furnished rental. D, the homeowner, was always responsive and friendly. Having laundry on site is a major plus!
