This property has everything you need. Don't let the pictures deceive you! TV, Internet, linens, cooking ware all included! I stayed here while on contract in Pine Ridge, just a 28-minute drive away from the hospital. The water temps in the shower are a little deceiving, but you can figure it out. The mini split is a little tricky to work, but if you wait for the remote control to register on the split you'll be fine, increase it about 5 degrees more from what you are wanting, it takes a min for it to achieve the desired temperature. All in all Mr. Sasse was very kind and gave almost immediate feedback and met all my needs if I needed anything. Would stay here again! 10/10
