    Family Tides has been owned by the same family since 2007. We have spent many summers enjoying the private beach just steps from the front door and the multiple ocean locations a short car ride away. We have continued to update the home to make it enjoyable for our family and guests and we are excited to find the right seasonal tenant who is looking for a quiet place to live.
