I came from Mass to start a new job in East Hartford and ended up getting recommended this place from a family friend. This place was great! Everything was covered by Judith and Rico including heating, cooling, electricity, water, internet, and TV! The house, rooms, and furniture was in great shape and was very spacious. Not only was the location safe from the main road, but Judith and Rico were awesome landlords! They always answer my messages in a timely manner and will help you at any time if you have any issues. They are incredibly sweet people and are very generous, always inviting me over, when they were hosting an event. This place is 100% worth the money and I highly recommend, especially if you plan on moving here from out of state and are not sure of where to live.

I stayed here when I took a contract at Hartford Hospital. The apartment is nice, has everything you'll need including a washer / dryer, and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Less than 15 min drive to Hartford hospital. J and R are great and very accommodating. I would stay here again!

We were thrilled to host V during her short-term assignment at Hartford Hospital. From the moment she stepped foot onto our property, it was evident that she was going to be the perfect tenant. Communication was seamless from start to finish. V was prompt in her responses and always kept us informed of any developments or concerns. Her professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire rental period were truly commendable. Not only did she take immaculate care of our property, she also left it in great condition. During her stay, V proved to be a responsible and reliable individual. She never caused any disturbances, and she was always mindful of the peace and tranquility of the surrounding area. Hosting her was an absolute pleasure, and we would wholeheartedly welcome her back anytime.
