Long story short, this apartment floods when it rains. Landlord was notified twice of the issue and nothing was done. The apartment flooded during heavy rainfall two weeks ago with 3 standing water. It ruined textbooks and clothing worth $1,000. Landlord blamed me and said I shouldnt have belongings on the floor and told me to move out. I have a lot more details but only 1,000 characters to use here. Id pass on this one!!!
The place was amazing, a beautiful home, onsite parking, safe community, grand homes surrounding, and walking distance to Overton Square! Shirley, the landlord, was great. Although I needed nothing, Shirley would check in to make sure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. The rental is a lower-level apartment with all the amenities. It was very cozy and comfortable. I was only minutes from the hospital. You can't beat the location. I have been a travel nurse for several years and I highly recommend this location.

TMC Realty and property Mgmt has managed short term furnished rentals since 2012. All units are private and are fully furnished with dining rooms/area, kitchens and appliances. We offer Studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, and some units are pet friendly. I have 20 plus years in property management and really enjoy hosting out of town guests!
