Brand new 1000 SQ FT Apartment

Gorgeous and spacious brand new above garage apartment with beautiful views. S and T are fabulous landlords. Very responsive, generous, and kind. They made us feel so welcomed and cared for and theyre so easy to chat and laugh with. We felt part of the family and thats evident by the 15 months we stayed with them. The apartment is brand new construction, new appliances, the living space is comfortable and has lots of smart storage. King size bed is comfortable. Apartment very cozy, clean and quiet. Neighborhood is very safe and walkable. Good to know things: black out blinds in bedroom, W/D in garage, Freezer has ice machine, the 2 mini split AC with heating works very well, dont live here if you have bad knees and stairs are a challenge, and they have the sweetest most adorable doggos ever! We absolutely loved living here and would do so again in a heartbeat. S and T are gracious hosts and care very much about their tenants happiness and comfort.
