This is a newer home in very quiet neighborhood close to downtown waterfront village. Spacious 4 bedroom home with open floor plan. The owner (and friendly dog) lives there usually on weekends and some weekdays. No other occupants in the home. Room is furnished with a queen bed, a dresser, a large closet, a tv and lamp with usb connector. Access to laundry room, fully furnished kitchen and living room.
The bathroom would only be shared if another tenant is occupying another room at the time.
Close to waterfront village with shops and restaurants. Located in a peaceful area while remaining conveniently near dining and shopping areas.

This property is in a quite, safe, and clean neighborhood. The house is a home away from home with all amenities. B and Oliver (dog) are very polite and quiet. I could not have asked for a better stay while working 4-5 nights a week. About 10 minutes from everything including Ascension St Vincent and Deaconess. I definitely recommend and would stay here again.
