My stay here was fantastic! A five-star rating is not high enough for this gem! R is a wonderful landlord, and great with communication. She made me feel right at home in her lovely place. The bedroom is cozy, yet spacious, with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and a very comfortable bed! R has everything you would need for cooking and baking in the kitchen. There is even specialty filtered water that tastes amazing! The backyard is delightful, and I love that I could use the grill. The quiet neighborhood is very pleasant, where everyone waves and says hello as you pass by. The location is ideal and close to many shops, restaurants, and the PHX Airport. I highly recommend renting with R. She is very warm, welcoming, and kind. You will truly enjoy your stay and feel right at home in her cozy oasis!
