What this property offers
King and queen studio suites available. There is a laundry room available 24 hours that is on site. There is also a covered smoking gazebo outside, we ask for no smoking indoors or on the balconies, but feel free to use the gazebo. We are dog friendly, maximum of 1 dog per suite. No cats or other types of pets allowed (sorry!) . Utilities and WiFi charge is total of $119/month, paid on the 1st when rent is due.
Our studios have everything you need for a comfy stay! Memory foam mattresses and blackout curtains for easy resting. Kitchenettes include stove tops, full size fridges, Keurigs, microwaves, toasters, and basic kitchen needs like cookware, plateware, and utensils. Each studio also includes a Smart TV and WiFi. On-site laundry. Dog friendly, max of 1 dog. No cats or other pets (sorry!). Utilities & WiFi flat rate $119/month.
