Jerry & I are empty nesters. We have 3 adult children & 5 grands with one on the way in Jan. We were attempting to downsize last year and ended up falling in love with this 150-year-old home that was 1 bed, 1 bath & 1000 sq feet larger! Lol! We love to travel to see our kids & grandkids. When we are not doing that, we are remodeling this home, going on outdoor adventures, running, biking, kayaking, motorcycling, or fixing up other properties in the area to rent.
