The unit is very cozy and beautiful. It is all brand-new and well-designed/furnished. It is close to public transportation and only a few stops away from various hospitals. It is also located in a very safe neighborhood. I was very excited to stay in this place and I was supposed to be the first tenant but unfortunately my travel contract got cancelled last-minute. However, the landlords have been truly amazing and understanding of my situation. They've also been very prompt in responding to any of my questions and have been very accommodating since the start of my apartment search. There is no doubt that this will be the very first place that I'll book again whenever I get a contract in SF.
