Amenities stated are not available. Pool will not be available to you as stated. You will be requested to put your want to use the pool in writing, however reasons will be stated why it is unavailable. Washing machine cannot be used from 7am-7pm and not on Sundays or when it rains due to bad plumbing. There is no peace due to being monitored! Plumbing is bad so the smell of sewer gas will entire you unit and landlord will act as if she can't smell and will promise to fix it but will not. Utilities are not included as stated, once you are there your utility usage will be monitored and charged
