Our home is an Everett historic home built by the Rucker family. The details, construction and ambiance are comfortable, welcoming and interesting. We invite guests to enjoy the beauty and spacious features of the home.
This 3 room private suite has a living space/kitchenette/smart tv/bed bed, private bath and private stairway. Located on the second floor in a large home with common space shared by two other traveling nurses. A beautiful space with view to the private garden backyard with fountain and lots of trees/shrubs. Comes with membership to a nearby exercise gym.
Beautifully tree lined streets in North Everett. Quiet, safe neighborhood great for walking. Entire home can be leased - 3800 square feet - or one of the three private suites which offer much more than a room.

I have been staying at this shared house for close to a year. I have what you would call the mother-in-law suite on the main floor. It's a 6 min walk to the hospital and perfect for a health care professionals. Large shared kitchen, laundry in the basement and everyone has their own bathrooms. Landlord is THE BEST HOSTESS I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Very responsive to any concerns or issues with the property. Extremely welcoming and great place to come have your family visit while you stay here as well. All of my shared housemates have also been wonderful, the landlord makes sure great people come to stay here. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Everett, especially if you work at the hospital. SUPER SAFE and clean neighborhood with plenty of street parking as well.

Responsible, middle age professional couple who live on a yacht in Seattle and own a commercial fishing business in Alaska. We travel periodically, work seasonally and enjoy meeting/hosting new people in our beautiful 3800 sq feet historical home in Everett, WA. We have a studio apartment in the basement where we periodically stay, but the entire home is available for our guests. Lovely , safe neighborhood only 4 blocks from Providence Hospital, Everett Community College and numerous parks and viewing sites.
