The unit itself was kept in immaculate condition. The apartment was very cozy, and felt very much like home. Kirk was fantastic to work with, very easy going, and very understanding. Would highly recommend him to anyone, be it short term or long term. 5/5 landlord and 5/5 apartment and location.

Cozy, cool space next to a wonderful area. Being right next to the lake offers many advantages, and the walled lake area is a great community. Kirk is extremely friendly and excellent at communication and professionalism. I felt all my needs were met and any issue that arrived Kirk knew how to solve them. Would definitely stay there again!
