Newly remodeled with pool tropical oasis

My wife and I travelled from France visiting Florida for the first time so plenty could go wrong! The owner M was very easy to contact via e-mail and WhatsApp. We paid a deposit prior to arrival via bank transfer to an account in her name which she gave proof of. She even prooved she was the owner of the property via tax records, no scams here! Although no photos on the listing the large plot has a big drive with ample parking it is on a development of individual houses where it is so quiet you can walk your dogs in the road. The house is in a great location 8 miles from the beach yet far enough away to park and breathe South Florida. Febuary is very busy there is a shopping mall with huge Walmart 5 mins drive away, the location is not suitable if you don't have a car. Upon arrival the photos of the house is exacty what you get the A/C works well and the swimming pool and terrace is very private and not overlooked. In summary we would highly recommend this property and the owner
