Private room with sitting room and private bath on quiet street

I am a retired professor of Education, a woodworker and inventor. I travel frequently in an RV I designed and built. I often spend afternoons on the back patio reading. I have no pets, three grown children and five grandchildren. I advocate for the inclusion and welfare of all. For the past thirty years I have been a family caregiver, until the recent passing of my father at 95. I enjoy my privacy and can generally be found working in my study or workshop. I endeavor to live as a thoughtful, kind and generous man and enjoy the company of others with similar values.
