Small private room, first renter so some items were not in place initially. No cooktop, refrigerator is very small and low. Dogs were allowed and owner has dogs, neighbors have dogs which I personally did not expect or care for (barking and loose). Parking on driveway was not as advertised rather "first come", so parking on the street is available. Owner responsive and very nice. Windy and dusty part of town sometimes Vista Chino is closed (when it rains hard mostly, or is very windy). Otherwise close to DRMC which you can get to with the closures, plan more time and watch the map. Otherwise quiet and safe. Would add a screen door for more fresh air, but just a suggestion.

They are very quite and respectful young women who will not bother you.
