The casita was built for enjoyable, comfortable living for one person or a couple. I lived in the house comfortably with a partner for 2 years. The bedroom is small but has a big walk-in closest with a built in dresser. The living room is spacious and has a hide-a-bed in the sofa. The hide-a-bed has never been used. This casita is very comfortable and charming! My partner and I lived here with no issues. The bed is great. Amenities are everything you need and the internet is good. You also have good privacy. Eve is very kind, professional & thorough. She knows the area well and has good recommendations. The bonus here is her dogs are incredible, well behaved, and sweet and you have an amazing view of hot air balloons, beautiful horses, birds every morning right out the front windows! It's pretty magical! There are awesome walking trails right off the road you'll live on, we went almost everyday. You'll see hawks, coyotes, rabbits, etc & have a nice view of the mountains along the paths. If we weren't done traveling for now I would want to stay here forever! 10/10! I've traveled for 4 years now and this is my FAVORITE place so far :)

I am an avid horsewoman and love the outdoors, flowers and design. I have 3 dogs and 3 horses and it's very important for me to have beautiful surroundings, which I love sharing with other nice people. I am a NM licensed real estate broker. Because I live on site near the casita, a good relationship with the tenants is very important to me.
