Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and is two blocks from an Elementary school, Tennis courts, and the Green way. It is 20 min walk to the Coastal Credit Union Amphitheater. It is a few lights away from the beltline for easy access to the rest of Raleigh. Close enough to Downtown for easy and convenient access (scooters reach the neighborhood), but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.
