I was treated bad at this property. I paid 600 deposit and 1200.00 a month and i couldn't have any company over. She was very rude, racist and didn't give me any privacy. She locks the laundry room and i couldn't wash clothes and she put my stuff on the outside when i was checking out. I will never stay here again.

This tenant agreed to stay in my house by herself, and she asked me if she could have her boyfriend stay over for the weekend every month. I agreed to have a weekend guest but she has to pay $20.00 a night, and this tenant refused to pay. She left her laundry in the washing machine and dryer for two days most of the time, and she left the kitchen sink dirty. So she voluntarily decided to stay for a month and broke a contract of 3 months. She trashes the bedroom and destroys the door lock. I deducted the expenses from her deposit. One of her friends called me and threatened about Karma. I went to the Police Station to ask for a piece of advice, so far it was beneficial. I kept the receipts and photos if in case I need it the future. I waited for her in the house during her checking out. She was unreliable.
