Room was at the front of the home not too much street noise, as a night shifter it was a good level for sleep. Landlord was responsive to needs and able to be contacted if needed. 3 rented rooms in the home and landlord on-site. Only downfalls for me was the light level in the room but use of a sleepmask and furniture move solved the problem for the most part. quiet and peaceful home!!
