The house is well kept and really nice front yard and I have some outdoor furniture. I also have a weekly Gardner. Bella my dog is extremely friendly. The house does have a/c and a heater. You will have access to all common shared areas. I just ask that you clean up after yourself. I love to cook so you will find me in the kitchen a lot. I believe in direct communication if you ever have any questions or concerns.
Bedroom #1: Available now, includes a queen-size bed and walking closet: Rent is $1,100
Bedroom #2: Available now , features a spacious closet with shelving, a full size bed that can be a couch too, a nightstand. $1,050.

Great stay! I stayed here during my summer internship, and it was fantastic. The neighborhood is very safe, with convenient amenities like Costco, a library, and a Whole Foods nearby. The house is always clean, including the shared spaces, and the laundry and dishwasher are consistently reliable. If anything ever stops working, Flor is quick to have it fixed, usually within just a few hours. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it !
I stayed here for two months to complete a clinical rotation for school. The kitchen is spacious, with designated sections in the fridge and pantry for everyone renting. Cooking was easy, as the stove had enough space for two people to cook simultaneously. I often spent time on the nice outdoor patio at the back. Parking was never an issue; overall, it felt like a safe place to live. The place was kept clean weekly, both indoors and outdoors. For students, it's conveniently located within walking distance of a public library that's also open on Sundays. There's a Costco and Walmart within a seven-minute drive. The area has many hiking trails and great restaurant options.
Great location. Lots of nearby amenities. Nice neighborhood. Beautiful, nicely manicured and kept property. Plenty of close by parking. Nice area for walking. House is typically quiet. Large rooms. Great closets and bathrooms. Amazing kitchen. Huge living room. Nice backyard area. In house washer and dryer is a huge plus. Nicer home feeling is so much more comfortable than an apartment. Great roommates when I was there during the pandemic.

I have an 11-year-old female Boxer who is like my baby. I absolutely love the holidays and enjoy decorating for each season.
