We have owned the property for 40+ years. We live on the same street so we are available should you have any issues or concerns. We live in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Franklin Regional Hospital and the downtown area. The apartment is very cozy and equipped with everything you need. It has been completely renovated over the last several months, after our tenant of 40 years moved on to an elder care facility.
