My fianc and I stay in unit #4 during a travel assignment at Baptist Health Louisville. The stores and restaurants were 10-20 minutes away. This apartment was overall comfortable, spacious, and up to date. Black-out curtains are provided. The king size bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We were never bothered by anyone. I would say the gas station right off the highway was sketchy and going the opposite side of the highway bridge was more ghetto. Private parking lot in the back! The airport is close by but the sounds never really bothered us. Justine, co host, was always responsive and got things fixed (mainly the lighting in the stairwell).
